Today, I attended a valuable training covering poultry, small ruminants, value chain development, irrigation, and water management techniques across South West Nigeria. Learning strengthens practical agricultural decisions and sustainable outcomes.

The training provided insights into improving poultry and small ruminant production through better management, efficient resource utilization, and sustainable practices that can strengthen farm productivity and profitability. Knowledge creates opportunities.

Discussions on value chains highlighted the importance of connecting production with processing, marketing, and consumers. Farmers can increase returns by understanding every stage and reducing avoidable losses. Integration improves profitability.

Irrigation and water management were equally important, especially as changing weather patterns continue challenging agricultural production. Efficient water use supports reliable farming, protects resources, and improves resilience. Conservation sustains production.

Continuous learning remains essential for every serious agricultural entrepreneur. I look forward to applying these lessons and sharing practical knowledge with farmers through Abak farms Ent. Growth begins with learning.
