I have always believed that the day we recognise animals have life and deserve proper care, we become better Agropreneurs. Healthy birds bring success because responsible management prevents losses Care.

Many farmers fear broiler production due to diseases and sudden deaths. I once ignored bedding quality thinking chickens could survive anywhere but broilers need better conditions than local birds Care.

My mistake caused many mortalities from Coccidiosis and frustration in farming. I later learned that wet bedding materials trigger disease outbreaks and proper hygiene protects birds through good farm care.

A mentor, Omoyemi D-soy Ayomide Ras, advised me to prioritise production quality over cutting costs. Healthy animals create better profits because sick birds bring losses. Good management remains the key.

Preventing wet floors by managing drinkers reduces Coccidiosis risks significantly. Farmers must value animal welfare before chasing profit because living birds create opportunities. Care today builds tomorrow’s poultry success always.
