Many children dream of becoming doctors, lawyers, or engineers, but my childhood dream was different: I wanted to become a farmer. While others chased careers, I discovered my passion early.

My journey began when Uncle Munirudeen Olawale Alimi gifted me a cock and two hens. Those three birds multiplied into many, building my confidence and entrepreneurial mindset as a child.

Prince Ogundipe Adetokunbo, an Animal Scientist, mentored me through my poultry passion and showed me the value of livestock knowledge. I knew animal farming was my calling from primary school.

At FUNAAB, I studied Animal Production and Health confidently as my first choice. During ASUU’s strike, I gained practical poultry experience under Alhaja Omilowo Balkis, strengthening my foundation in farming.

After NYSC in Enugu State, I used my savings to begin small-scale ruminant production. My journey proves passion, mentorship, and dedication can create a lasting farming legacy for future generations.
