Years of experience should not only be measured by time spent but by knowledge gained, lessons learned, and improvements achieved. True experience creates expertise, not just stories. Growth matters.
In farming, challenges are inevitable, especially for beginners without proper guidance. Mistakes, failures, and losses should become lessons that strengthen our skills and decision-making abilities. Learning matters.
When livestock losses occur, responsible farmers should identify causes, observe symptoms, record findings, and develop prevention strategies. Documentation and reflection transform experiences into valuable professional knowledge. Records matter.
Recently, someone underestimated the value of livestock and made insulting remarks without proper understanding. I remained calm and encouraged research instead of exchanging words. Wisdom matters.
Professionalism requires patience, humility, and respect, even during difficult conversations. Our experiences become meaningful when they improve our expertise and help others grow. Excellence matters.
