Some mentors teach lessons, but exceptional mentors teach people to become greater than themselves. Prof. T.O. Ososanya became such a mentor, leaving lasting impressions through generosity, wisdom, and encouragement always.

Our paths crossed when the University of Ibadan appointed him supervisor for my MSc thesis. His famous prayer, that students become greater than him, deeply influenced my choice of mentor.

Uncle Tolu combines academic guidance with fatherly care. His office welcomes everyone, and his practical farming experience connects classroom theory with real field knowledge, making learning meaningful and practical today.

He freely jokes with students, even turning me into my friendly punching bag, Oga Mi. We shared countless Coca-Cola drinks too, creating memories beyond thesis writing and academics and friendship.

I remain grateful for his guidance, humility, and commitment to making other people's children successful. May God continue strengthening him, blessing his children, and protecting his entire household forever.
