I established my farm almost six years ago, after gaining ten years of experience serving farmers across Nigeria and the diaspora through farm visits, purchases, and services. Service creates trust.

Recently, circumstances changed, and I depended on younger colleagues to manage farm activities and errands. Watching them serve reminded me that yesterday’s service can become today’s blessing. Good service returns.

I realized the importance of surrounding ourselves with intelligent, dependable people. I am selective with mentees because character, commitment, and willingness to learn matter beyond knowledge. Choose your community wisely.

I support young and struggling farmers, so I never charge mentees for consultations. However, older farmers receive paid consultations unless they are friends or family. Give generously where it matters.
