The most valuable workers combine competence, understanding, willingness, and endurance. When such a person is trustworthy, dependable, and hardworking, the value is difficult to replace. Keep them.

Farmers should look beyond certificates when hiring workers. Find people who can learn, perform, adapt, communicate, and remain trustworthy under pressure. Workers strengthen farms. Invest.
