I woke early Sunday, completed my morning run, and appreciated an employee whose excellent farm performance during my absence filled me with pride and joy.

His dedication, passion for agribusiness, resilience, initiative, and hard work reminded me that committed young people can transform opportunities into meaningful achievements. Discipline creates possibilities.

His response revealed a remarkable journey. At ten, agriculture began with hens; at twelve, rabbit farming followed, despite losses, theft, and difficult beginnings. Persistence builds.

Growing up among five boys, his mother taught him never to surrender. Helping another rabbit farmer strengthened his skills, confidence, and entrepreneurial spirit. Hardship teaches.

After setbacks, he saved money, bought rabbits, rebuilt his rabbitry, and grew his enterprise. Today, fifteen rabbits represent resilience, experience, and learning. Progress rewards perseverance.

I celebrate his journey and young people pursuing agriculture despite challenges. May his story inspire others to embrace hard work, learn continually, and never quit.
