Every livestock farmer understands that healthy animals are valuable assets. Caring for them is not luxury or selfishness; it is protecting the very source of livelihood. Protect what sustains you.
Some time ago, a friend always claimed I valued my animals more than him. Ironically, the money I used supporting him mostly came from those animals. Appreciate the source.
Sometimes, I deny myself comfort just to ensure my animals receive proper feed, water, healthcare, and attention because their productivity guarantees my financial stability. Discipline secures tomorrow.
Calling such commitment selfish overlooks reality. Depending on someone's sacrifices while criticizing what makes those sacrifices possible reflects entitlement rather than genuine understanding or gratitude. Respect honest priorities.
Farmers find peace knowing their animals lack nothing essential. When livestock thrive, families prosper, dreams survive, and countless helping hands remain extended to others. Animal welfare strengthens everyone.
